21st International Scientific and Practical Conference
“Innovative Technologies in Construction,
Civil Engineering and Architecture”

Dates: 13–15 October 2026

 Venue: The Conference will be held by Lviv Polytechnic National University at the “Politekhnik-4” Educational and Recreational Camp (1 Peremohy St., Zozuli village, Zolochiv district, Lviv region, Ukraine).

Objective: To promote scientific and technical activity, international cooperation, and the exchange of scientific and technical information and practical experience, as well as to identify promising areas of research in modern construction, civil engineering, architecture and design.

The Conference is held as part of the dissemination of results of the international Horizon Europe projects “ENERGENIUS” (ID 101160720), “SEEDS” (ID 101138211), and the Erasmus+ CBHE projects: “The BRIDGE” (ID 101127884), “VETpartEx” (ID 101183275) and “GREENBUILD” (ID 101237563).

Languages: Ukrainian and English are the official languages of the Conference for both oral and written presentations.

The Conference will be held in a hybrid format: in person and online.

Conference Topics:

1. Theoretical fundamentals of civil engineering.
2. Advanced technologies, materials and structures in construction.
3. Architecture and urban planning, design, fine arts.
4. Challenges in preserving the national historical and architectural heritage.
5. Spatial planning, geodesy and land management.
6. Energy saving, renewable energy sources, energy-efficient engineering systems of buildings.
7. Digitalization and information technologies in construction.
8. Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics.
9. Technologies for diagnostics, reconstruction and restoration of buildings and structures.
10. Technogenic safety, ecology, protection of the civilian population and critical infrastructure facilities under wartime threats.
11. Economic, managerial and engineering aspects of the recovery and development of post-war Ukraine.
12. Humanitarian, philosophical and educational components in the context of contemporary requirements for the construction and architecture sector.

Important Dates:

15 September – Deadline for registration forms and abstracts.
22 September – Notification of acceptance or rejection of papers.
29 September – Registration of organizational fee payments and compilation of the list of participants.
5 October – Distribution of the Conference programme.
10 October – Publication of abstracts.
13–15 October – Conference sessions.

Publication of Conference Proceedings and Recognition of Participants:

 Abstracts will be published in the Book of Conference Proceedings (electronic edition with an ISBN and DOI).

The best full papers based on the Conference contributions that successfully pass double-blind peer review will be published as a separate volume of an international Scopus-indexed scientific journal. Paper requirements, formatting guidelines and publication fees will be announced later.

Conference speakers will be awarded certificates, and the authors of the best presentations among young scientists — will receive diplomas of the Scientific Committee.

Organizational Fee:

The organizational fee is 400 UAH per paper and covers organizational expenses and the publication of the abstract in the Book of Conference Proceedings.

The publication fee for the international Scopus-indexed edition will be announced later.

Terms and cost of accommodation for in-person participants will be communicated after registration and confirmation of in-person attendance.

(The estimated cost of accommodation is UAH 1,000 per night for a double room).

Submission of Materials:

To participate in the Conference, please complete the registration form (https://forms.gle/YdaU13KzKWMaXUt76) and submit a two-page abstract to mitomdnipro1997@gmail.com (formatting guidelines and template). The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject materials that do not comply with the formatting guidelines.
