Courses

1. Organisation of construction of high-rise buildings
The aim of the study of discipline is to form in future specialists-builders of system knowledge and understanding of conceptual bases of organisation of production activity on construction of high-rise buildings in conditions of compacted building, to provide knowledge about methods, techniques and tools of organisational and technological preparation of construction of high-rise objects.

2. Planning of the activities of building organisations
The task of studying the discipline is to study theoretical principles of production planning; to acquire practical skills of analysis and production planning; to perform technical and economic calculations and to base the planned indicators.

3. Organisational and technological reliability in construction
The task of the discipline: studying theoretical principles on ensuring high reliability of organisational, technological and managerial decisions in construction; acquiring practical skills in calculations of technical performance of separate production processes and analysis of calendar plans.

4. Modern directions of development of construction industry
The aim of the discipline is to study the conceptual bases of construction industry development and engineering support, formation of construction sites, obtaining a system of theoretical knowledge and forming practical skills on perspective methods of construction, modern technologies and modern means of mechanization of high-quality performance of modern construction processes during construction and during the life cycle of buildings, in particular, using technology of three-dimensional printing of construction structures and buildings.

5. Reliability of organisational and technological processes in construction
The aim of discipline is to provide post-graduates with the necessary knowledge about methods, techniques, planning and organisation of production taking into account the probable character of numerous factors influencing construction, preparing them for independent performance of scientific work and understanding of conceptual bases of ensuring achievement of final results of construction in the set time with high degree of reliability.
