Courses

1. Design of the sustainable buildings
The course is aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the design of structures of buildings and structures for various purposes, considering the criteria of sustainable development in construction, as well as studying the general principles of the circular economy; formation of skills general knowledge of innovative technologies, materials and structures for the design of buildings and structures for various purposes.

2. Features of design and structures buildings in seismic conditions
The course is aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge about the seismic loading nature, calculation methods of structures and building design features under seismic impact, study of the basic principles of seismic design in construction, theoretical knowledge in the design of buildings and structures; formation of skills in the application of constructive solutions in the design of buildings and structures for various purposes of seismic impact.

3. Architectural, constructive and technological systems of civil buildings
The course is aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the use and development of resource-efficient architectural-constructive-technological systems for the construction of civil buildings using modern building materials and construction structures; formation of skills for solving scientific and practical problems of ensuring environmental safety, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the functioning of architectural-constructive-technological systems of buildings and structures, ensuring the rational use of natural resources and environmental protection.

4. Monitoring of the technical condition of construction structures of buildings and structures
The course is aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge and features of the current norms for assessing and monitoring the technical condition of buildings and structures, about modern methods and means of diagnosing and monitoring the technical condition, forecasting the residual resource of construction structures of buildings and structures, as well as the main provisions and modern approaches to the development and design of automated systems for monitoring building structures.

5. Protection of building structures from progressive collapse
The course is aimed at obtaining theoretical knowledge and specifics of the provisions of current regulatory documents regarding the protection of buildings and structures from progressive collapse, engineering methods of calculating structures for progressive collapse, designing measures to protect structures from progressive collapse taking into account the actual operation of structures, material properties, loads and calculation schemes, development of constructive solutions to ensure minimal destruction in case of a possible progressive collapse.

6. Modern methods of designing structures buildings and structures
The course is aimed at studying the basic provisions of the design of constructions of buildings and structures according to the criteria of sustainable development, which are based on the development of green construction and the design of energy-efficient buildings; formation of skills necessary for practical work.x

7. Modern building structures for the construction of highly efficient buildings and structures
The course is aimed at acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the use of modern building structures and materials for the construction of high-performance buildings and structures, the basic provisions and methods of calculating structures in the design of buildings of various types and purpose of superficiality, modern approaches to the development of volume-planning and structural solutions of buildings and buildings storage; the introduction of reliable modern constructions of the new generation and effective technologies for the construction of highly efficient buildings and structures.
