Abstract: The monograph addresses the problem of increasing the efficiency of organisation and management of the process of affordable housing stock formation by developing a concept, methodological principles, methods of substantiation of organisational and technological decisions for the construction and reconstruction of buildings, taking into account the urban elements of the territories of large cities and the complex impact of the determining organisational, technological and economic factors. The best Ukrainian and foreign experience in implementing investment and construction projects for the formation and optimisation of the affordable housing stock is summarised. The methodology for substantiating and choosing rational organisational and technological decisions for the construction of affordable housing is presented.

Courses

1. Organisation of construction of high-rise buildings
The aim of the study of discipline is to form in future specialists-builders of system knowledge and understanding of conceptual bases of organisation of production activity on construction of high-rise buildings in conditions of compacted building, to provide knowledge about methods, techniques and tools of organisational and technological preparation of construction of high-rise objects.

2. Planning of the activities of building organisations
The task of studying the discipline is to study theoretical principles of production planning; to acquire practical skills of analysis and production planning; to perform technical and economic calculations and to base the planned indicators.

3. Organisation of construction
Studying the theoretical foundations of planning and organising construction production, organising and conducting engineering and economic investigations, organisational and technical preparation of construction, scheduling of work and its logistics, operational planning and control over the progress of building works.
