– ecological and urban planning forms of renovation of depressed areas of a big city;
– functional and planning reorganization of industrial areas for recreational use;
– ecological and urban planning approaches to the transformation of kinematic and mobile systems in the structure of the Dnipro planning framework;
– ecological and urban planning features of the transformation of civil buildings and their complexes as part of the planning structure of a large city (on the example of the city of Dnipro)

Scientific achievements:

– about 300 design developments;
– more than 50 implemented projects of public, residential, industrial and urban planning objects;
– during the period of existence of the higher architectural education of Dnipropetrovsk region, 20 graduates of DIBI – PDABA became laureates of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of architecture
