Scientific and Practical Conference “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Training Specialists for the Reconstruction of Ukraine”

On 13 March 2024, Energy Innovation DniproHub successfully held Scientific and Practical Conference “Promoting Energy Efficiency and Training Specialists for the Reconstruction of Ukraine”.

The event was organised under the auspices of the European Year of Skills

The Conference was organised under the project «Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine» (FEER), implemented in Ukraine by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German government.

The Conference was being held within the framework of two ERASMUS+ projects, co-funded by the European Union:
– «Innovative Master Courses Supporting the Improvement of the Energy and Carbon Footprint of the Ukrainian Building Stock» (101082898 – UKRENERGY)
– «Bridging the gap between university and industry: Master Curricular Supporting the Development of Green Jobs and Digital Skills in the Ukrainian Building Sector» (101127884 – The BRIDGE)

During the event, participants had the opportunity to:
– Listen to presentations from leading experts in the field of energy efficiency and training for the reconstruction of Ukraine;
– Take part in discussions and panel debates;
– Exchange experience with colleagues;
– Establish new business contacts.

This year’s conference was a great success.

We are pleased to have been able to bring together experts in energy efficiency and training for the reconstruction of Ukraine and give them the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience.
