Open lecture “Automation in BIM” from VEC-UA

On April 15, 2024, at 5:00 PM, as part of the international project “The BRIDGE” under the Erasmus+ program “Capacity Building in Higher Education” and with the support of Assoc. Prof. Artem Sopilniak, VEC-UA hosted an open lecture titled “Automation in BIM.” The lecture was conducted online via Microsoft Teams and attended by first-year undergraduate students majoring in 192 “Civil Engineering” as well as faculty members from PSPA.

The speaker, Andrii Stohnii, shared his expertise in the visual programming environment Dynamo, which facilitates the automation of the modeling process in Revit. The lecture sparked significant interest among the students, who asked questions about the use of plug-ins in Revit and resources for learning Dynamo.
