Courses
1. Functional materials
Learning the structure and properties of new functional materials. Learn to predict the properties of new materials, the structures of which can be composed of the necessary phases based on the principle of material design. To acquire practical skills regarding general techniques used in the selection of materials for various spheres of life.
2. Materials science as the basis of urban planning
The educational discipline is aimed at studying the general principles underlying the development of modern materials for building systems; the main mechanisms of increasing the complex of properties of modern materials for the load-bearing structures of building systems.
3. Metallophysical crystallography and grain boundary construction
The subject of study of the educational discipline is the structure, shape and properties of crystal lattices of structural metal materials, the conditions of their formation and the influence of deformation regimes on special boundaries and grain boundary construction.
