1. Fundamentals of organising of residential buildings reconstruction
The discipline is aimed at gaining knowledge and understanding of the conceptual bases of the organisation and management of reconstruction process of residential buildings, old housing stock, in particular. It deals with rational organisational and technological decisions for the complex reconstruction of residential buildings, ensuring efficient use of resources to reduce the duration of work and the cost of building products.
2. Real estate valuation and management
The discipline deals with the main tools for supporting capital transactions that help investors to minimise risks. It provides understanding of weaknesses and strengths of the object of valuation, assessment of its performance, current, past and future expenses and revenues, as well as development prospects, which is the basis for making effective management decisions.
3. Methodology of scientific research
The academic discipline is aimed at developing systematic knowledge and understanding of the conceptual basis, methods and techniques of scientific research in order to acquire relevant competencies, create the necessary basis and motivation for independent professional research, in particular in the field of сivil engineering.
4. Organisational and technological reliability in construction
The task of the discipline: studying theoretical principles on ensuring high reliability of organisational, technological and managerial decisions in construction; acquiring practical skills in calculations of technical performance of separate production processes and analysis of calendar plans.
5. Organisation of building production during the reconstruction of existing enterprises
The discipline is aimed at gaining knowledge and understanding of the conceptual bases of the organisation of reconstructive works without stopping production at existing enterprises, but with changes to its main processes.
