Courses

1. Land management
The discipline covers tasks from the complex of land management, its content and main tasks in the conditions of different forms of land ownership; categories of land, purpose of land plots, tasks and procedure of land management; types and basic principles of land management, composition of land management documentation, development and circulation of documents in land management at the national, regional and local levels, market relations in Ukraine.
The purpose of studying the discipline is to deepen students' knowledge and skills in the complex of land management, its content and main tasks in the conditions of different forms of land ownership; categories of land, purpose of land plots, tasks and procedure of land management; types and basic principles of land management, composition of land management documentation, development and circulation of documents in land management at the national, regional and local levels, market relations in Ukraine.
The task of studying the discipline involves an understanding of: the main theoretical provisions of the formation of the land management system in Ukraine; land ownership, theoretical foundations of land management, patterns of development of land management; the composition of the categories and the intended purpose of the lands of Ukraine; land management, its types and forms of implementation; development of land management documentation at the national, regional and local levels, training of certified specialists in the field of land management.

2. Land management planning and surveying
The discipline covers tasks from the set of regularities of organizing the use of land as a territorial basis, a natural resource and the main means of production, accelerating the rate of growth of labor productivity based on the achievements of scientific and technical progress and the rational use of land, labor and financial resources; sustainable land use modeling methods and technologies; professional and environmental training of agricultural engineers.
The purpose of studying the discipline is to study the regularities of the organization of land use as a territorial basis, a natural resource and the main means of production, to accelerate the rate of growth of labor productivity based on the achievements of scientific and technical progress and rational use of land, labor and financial resources; sustainable land use modeling methods and technologies; professional and environmental training of agricultural engineers.
The task of studying the discipline involves an understanding of: mastering the methodology of technical and economic substantiation, formation and organization of the territory of administrative-territorial formations, land ownership and land use, drawing up land management schemes and projects; master the methods of scientific research, various methods of organization territory and formation of the legal regime of land use, creation of a favorable environment and improvement of natural landscapes, development of a system of measures to preserve, restore and increase soil fertility, prevention of land degradation from negative phenomena.

3. Cadastre of land resources
The discipline covers tasks from the complex of the basics of the land cadastre, the composition and content of its constituent parts, the procedure for obtaining the necessary information and documents about the legal regime of lands, their distribution by category and among land owners and land users, the organization of accounting for the quantity and quality of land, the introduction of the procedure for obtaining land cadastral information in the process of carrying out design work, special surveys and reconnaissance, studying legal, methodical, technical, organizational and practical aspects of maintaining the State Land Cadastre.
The purpose of studying the discipline is for students to master the theoretical foundations of the land cadastre, the composition and content of its constituent parts, the procedure for obtaining the necessary information and documents on the legal regime of lands, their distribution by category and among land owners and land users, the organization of accounting for the quantity and quality of land, the introduction of the procedure obtaining land cadastral information in the process of carrying out design work, special surveys and reconnaissance, studying legal, methodical, technical, organizational and practical aspects of the State Land Cadastre.
The task of studying the discipline is the preparation to give students modern ideas about: conceptual provisions that are the basis for the creation and functioning of the State Land Cadastre, in particular: state guarantees for the right to ownership and the right to use land; land classifications by land plots and accounting of the number of lands; provision of data on the quality of lands and their accounting, accumulation of information on the number and location of especially valuable productive lands; providing a comparative assessment of soils according to their natural properties, which have a stable nature and significantly affect the yield of agricultural crops grown in specific natural and climatic conditions; carrying out cadastral zoning of the territory; carrying out an economic assessment; carrying out a monetary assessment of land, both normative and expert, for the economic regulation of land relations, determination of the amount of land tax, conclusion of civil law agreements in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine; creation of organizational, legal and technical conditions for the introduction of an automated system for maintaining the State Land Cadastre.
