- organisational and technical preparation of construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures;
- management of building projects.

Scientific achievements:

• a methodology for determining the duration and cost of the reconstruction and construction of industrial and civil buildings at different stages of the investment process is created;
• offered integrated systems of planning and control of realization of building projects taking into account the quality and quantity of resources, technology of production, organizational and technological schemes of works, duration and cost;
• the method of estimation of the possibility of realization of building projects in the conditions of the given constraints is developed;
• the method of substantiation of expediency of use of industrial wastes in construction at the pre-investment stage of project management is developed;
• the method of formation, estimation, selection and substantiation of organizational and technological deсisions for energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential development has been improved.
