Target group: MSc, PhD, LLL students, professors, research supervisors and researchers, top managers of national & regional level in education & city government, employers in the field of regional development and civil engineering, professional unions and organizations.

Project goals and objectives:
· Creating curricula in regional sustainable development on the basis of eco-human synergetic interaction (SEHSI) for MSc, PhD, LLL students;
· Amplifying training capacity of PC universities by creating advanced infrastructure & integrating e-learning components;
Developing interactive network of universities, enterprises, municipal & public organizations involved in regional development.
I. Human resources developed at UA universities for creating modern curriculum by interdisciplinary teams on the bases of competence profiles and innovative technologies.
II. SEHSI methodology, curricula & training packages (30 course books) developed.
III. SEHSI e-training package (CD & 30 electronic course books) and SEHSI platform developed; pools for e-learning & teamwork online at UA universities equipped.
IV. 160 MSc, PhD, LLL students trained in SEHSI at UA universities.
V. SEHSI evaluation resources package, database and digest developed.
VI. SEHSI site and dissemination database developed; 17 dissemination events including 2 conferences, 7 workshops, 2 round tables, 3 education fairs, 2 competitions of best projects and 2 TV programmes organized.
VII. SEHSI sustainability database developed; SEHSI network organized; package of agreements signed by members of SEHSI consortium, accreditation documents received.
SEHSI management database developed; SEHSI digest published.
